The Arlo Pro 2 can function without a subscription, allowing you to view live video and access basic features. However, to utilize advanced functionalities such as cloud storage for recorded videos, you will need an Arlo Smart subscription.

To connect your Arlo Pro Camera (1st Edition) to the base station, ensure the base station is powered on and that your camera and base station are within range. Use the Arlo app to add the camera; select "Add Device" and choose your camera model. When prompted, press the "Sync" button on the base station. If your camera lacks a sync button, it may be due to model differences or needs to be paired using the app's instructions. Make sure the camera is charged. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app for the final setup steps. If issues persist, consider rechecking your setup and any relevant troubleshooting guides.

To set up a new account for your relocated Arlo camera, download the Arlo app from the App Store or Google Play, and create a new account if you don't have one. Once your account is set up, you can follow the in-app instructions to add your camera by selecting "Add Device" and then following the prompts to connect it to your new Wi-Fi network. Make sure your camera is powered on and within range of your Wi-Fi signal.

To change your device from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 15 in your Arlo account, log into the Arlo app on your new iPhone 15. If you haven't already, download the Arlo app from the App Store. Once logged in, your account should recognize your current settings and cameras. Ensure that you have access to the same email and password you used on your iPhone 13. If you encounter any issues, follow the in-app prompts for troubleshooting.

You can access a copy of your last Arlo bill payment through your Arlo account. Log in to your account on the Arlo website or app, navigate to the billing section, and you should find your payment history, including copies of your recent bills.
