  10. Enter the 2FA code to confirm identity and complete the transfer.

External Transfers to Non-Binance Users

If you wish to transfer coins to someone who does not have a Binance account, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Open the Binance app and log into your account.
  2. Tap "Binance Pay" and "Send."
  3. Key in the recipients email address or phone number. You can also use their Pay ID.
  4. Select "Continue."
  5. Hit "Continue" again when you are alerted that the recipient is not a Binance user.
  6. Enter the type currency and the amount you wish to send and tap "Continue."
  7. Review all the details, and if correct, tap "Confirm."
  8. Enter your 2FA verification code if prompted to complete the transaction.
