What is Debenhams' return policy?

Asked 6 months ago
Debenhams' return policy allows customers to return unworn and unaltered items within 28 days of purchase, either in-store or by mail. For in-store returns, customers must present proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or invoice. Returns can be made via post by completing the return form provided with the order. Certain items, such as swimwear, underwear, and earrings, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or incorrect. Items purchased during promotional events or using gift cards may be subject to special return conditions. Debenhams offers full refunds to the original payment method, except for gift cards, which will be refunded as e-vouchers. Alternatively, customers may opt for an exchange or receive a Debenhams gift card instead. It is advisable to check Debenhams' website or contact customer service for more specific return instructions or exceptions.
