HobbyTron offers a straightforward and customer-centric return policy. We understand that your satisfaction is important, which is why we offer a hassle-free return process. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. However, please note that certain items such as opened software, personalized products, or consumables cannot be returned. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process and provide detailed instructions. We strive to make the return experience as seamless as possible and ensure that our valued customers are well taken care of.
