To locate your account number online, do the following steps:
- Log into your account from the Kroger homepage on your computer.
- Click on your name at the top of the screen to open a drop-down menu.
- Select "My Account."
- Open your profile.
- Scroll down the page to the section labeled "Plus Card Number" to find the 12-digit account number.
Finding Your Account Number Via Mobile App
- Download the Kroger app on your phone or tablet.
- Log into your account.
- Tap the three lines at the top of the screen to open the main menu.
- Select "Plus Card."
- Your 12-digit number and the barcode for on-site scanning will appear on the screen.
