On your Lyft receipt, you'll find the option to give your driver a tip, in addition to letting a driver know you left something in their car and requesting a review of the price of the particular trip. The link to leave a tip expires after 72 hours, but you can contact customer support if you want to leave the driver a tip after the link has expired.
There is no way to unsubscribe from transactional emails (such as receipts). If you have trouble finding Lyft notification emails, make sure you're checking the right email inbox or that it didn't end up in a spam folder. If you continue to have issues with trying to find your Lyft receipts, contact Lyft customer service for further assistance.
Start by opening the app and signing in if you aren't signed in already. Then, open the menu (in the upper left-hand corner) and select "Ride History." In the upper right hand corner, tap "Export".
At this point select the trips you want the receipts for and tap "Send Report" at the very bottom of the screen. Then, you'll receive an email with both a PDF and a CSV file to download for your convenience.
If you are having trouble finding your Lyft receipts, you may need to update your email address. To change your Lyft email address, select "Settings" from the main menu, then tap "Email Address." Make sure to tap "Save" once you update your Lyft email address.
When signing up for Lyft, users have the option of using their Facebook account information or their phone number to login. When registering with a Facebook account, Lyft will use your Facebook email address as your Lyft email address. This can be changed in the app by following the steps mentioned in the paragraph above. Additionally, if you registered with a mobile number, you will need to add your email address to receive the transactional notification emails.
ngsGetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
