At Marlo Furniture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Certain exclusions, such as clearance and special order items, may apply. Additionally, mattresses and bedding can only be returned if they are unopened. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any delivery fees. We strive to ensure that your furniture buying experience with Marlo Furniture is enjoyable and hassle-free.
