Navarro.com's return policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Certain products, such as perishables, intimate items, and gift cards, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received.
