Sigma-Aldrich Corporation has a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased product, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process, unless Sigma-Aldrich made an error in the shipment. Upon receipt of the returned product, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any applicable shipping charges.
