Our return policy at TigerGPS.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that some products may be subject to a restocking fee. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team through email or phone, and they will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
