What is the return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing the order number and reason for the return. Once the return is approved, customers will be provided with a return shipping label. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned items.
