Called the AC Moore customer service and explained how I tried returning a pickling paint at West Chester, PA. The manager laughed at me when I said I didn't like how it came out( the table I was painting) I used a very little of it. He told me he can't take back merchandise if it's open. The guy literally laughed like it was so funny. I was very upset, and told him that you don't honor your merchandise. I went to the AC Moore in Downingtown, PA and they were so nice and looked up when I purchased it from my card. They refunded my money. I called the manager back at West Chester and told him how their customer service was and how he laughed at me, he didn't know what to say.
