Although my website was registered with A Small Orange for three years and my invoices fully paid until my email address changed and my credit card expired ASO didn't have the decency to contact me by mail to notify me that my account was in jeopardy. I spent at least two hours on the chat helpline and at the end of the conversation they essentially told me I was never with a Small Orange which was simply not true. Rather than make that small extra effort by mailing an invoice or referencing my site for alternative contact information they took down the site. I spent thousand of dollars having the site created and five years accumulating material to post to my site. They allowed it to disappear and did not have the professionalism to acknowledge that it was because their company does not have a decent follow up system in place. So disheartening. I will not work with A S O again. Your pitch is that you are an old fashioned company. An old fashioned business would have made a concerted effort to notify me of the lapsed invoice and the potential discontinuation of the site. That's just bad business.
