Hello, my name is Gabriel Iroghama, and I am contacting you from Auchi, Edo State, Etsako-West Local Government. Recently, my phone line was blocked due to not linking my NIN number. I understand that this is not your fault, as I should have linked it earlier. I applied for my NIN on May 5, [redacted], but it has not been issued yet. I used someone else's NIN to try and link my line, but it's still not working. Despite receiving a message confirming the submission of my NIN, my line remains inactive. I have been unable to make calls for over two days now. I would like to understand if I am doing something incorrectly and how long it typically takes for the NIN to be validated and updated. My SIM card recently got damaged, and when I visited the store, I was informed that the number was registered under a slightly different name with a slight spelling variation. To rectify this, I reached out to the nodal officer in Haryana and Delhi NCR via email, providing my ID proof for verification. This number is crucial to me as it is linked to various important accounts such as my bank, official documents, and contacts. I am willing to convert it to a postpaid if necessary. However, despite following up consistently for a week, the only response I receive is that they are working on it and will update me soon. They mentioned that their team is prioritizing the issue, yet there has been no progress or communication after a week. This morning, I sent another email but have yet to receive a response.

We are representing the Steel Authority of India Limited, Branch Sales Office located on the 18th floor in Delhi. Our company, a PSU in the steel industry, holds 4 corporate numbers and 11 dongles. Despite paying our bills before the due date, we are experiencing issues with Airtel's system not updating after payment, resulting in constant calls from their customer care regarding bill dues. We have sent emails with payment proof, yet continue to receive harassing calls for pending amounts. This has led to our numbers' services being terminated post payment. We have been in contact with the area manager, Mr. Lokesh, but the problem persists. We have shared all required documents with Airtel's customer care emails, highlighting the situation. Despite requesting for an account-related visit to verify billing, we have not received a response. We urge Airtel to take necessary action to resolve these service disruptions promptly. Thank you. Dear Customer Service Team, I reported an issue with my internet service back in May [redacted], which remains unresolved by Airtel Care after a month. Despite contacting customer care at [redacted], specifically speaking with Mrs. Sarika, a Senior Representative, my problem persists. Mrs. Sarika assured me of arranging a call back within 4 hours, which did not happen even after 48 hours. This lack of follow-through is extremely disappointing. As a result of this neglect, I have lost a month's worth of recharge and a 50GB add-on internet pack. I kindly request compensation for my losses in the upcoming renewal pack. I would like to raise a concern regarding a sim upgrade I requested on June 3rd at the Airtel office in Enugu. I was charged #[redacted] for the upgrade, which was supposed to come with call and data plans. However, it's been a while, and I have yet to receive the promised benefits. I was informed that the issue would be resolved today but there have been no developments. If I am not going to receive the data benefits, I kindly request a refund of the amount paid. Dear Team, I have been using broadband services with Account number #[redacted]49. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing issues with speed and network connectivity. Consequently, I decided to cancel my service with Airtel. I contacted customer care to request the disconnection, and I also have an email thread confirming the same. During my call, it was confirmed that I had no outstanding balance and that the service would be disconnected without any further payment required. However, I continue to receive monthly bills for May [redacted] - June [redacted], despite the service being terminated. When I reached out to customer care about this issue, I did not receive a satisfactory response. It is unethical to charge for services that are not being used. This situation has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope that by expressing my concerns here, the matter will be resolved promptly.

I filed a complaint on June 9th at 5:02 p.m. They promised a service engineer would come on June 10th at 12:00 p.m., but nobody showed up or called. They rescheduled for June 11th without providing a reason for the previous no-show. Again, the engineer didn't arrive. I had to take two days off work, June 10th and 11th, based on Airtel Xtreme's assurances. Unfortunately, I missed a family event waiting for the engineer. I requested an explanation, but received no response. A customer care supervisor behaved unprofessionally and lied to me. I now seek a response and explanation from Airtel Xtreme's higher authority by June 13th, [redacted], at 12:00 p.m. I prefer a call in Malayalam. If I don't hear from you, I will escalate the matter through legal channels. I am prepared to provide evidence to Airtel Xtreme's higher authority upon contact. My phone number is [redacted].

I transferred my number [redacted] from Airtel postpaid to Jio. After the porting, I received a pending bill message from Airtel, causing my number to get barred. I paid Rs. 46 through the Airtel website on June 20, using Google Pay for the inactive postpaid account. After informing Jio about the payment, they requested 4 days for clearance from Airtel. On June 25, I contacted Jio again, but they said no clearance was received. Airtel was unable to provide details due to the port-out. I made another payment of Rs. 46 on the Airtel website. As of June 27, Jio has not received confirmation from Airtel, and my services remain inactive. I am frustrated with the lack of communication between Airtel and Jio.

My Airtel line ending in [redacted] has been on my phone, but it's not working properly. I can't make calls, check balance, receive calls, send texts, or even load a recharge card. Every time I try to do any of these tasks, the phone just hangs for a few seconds and then stops. The network bar shows full signal, but I can't use the line for anything. I have been facing issues with the Airtel Xtreme Wi-Fi at my home in Gwalior near Baradari Murar. The network keeps automatically disconnecting from my phone and takes a long time to reconnect. Regarding: My India Pre-paid number: [redacted] I am currently visiting Dubai/UAE and have been attempting to use my Airtel Pre-paid number to activate my bank account. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues with outgoing SMS. I initially raised a complaint on July 30th and was told it would be resolved within 3 days, but no solution was provided. Subsequently, I lodged complaints on August 2nd and August 4th, with promises of resolution within 24 hours and by August 9th, respectively. Despite purchasing a roaming package for Rs. [redacted] and later a one-day SMS package for Rs. [redacted], the problem persists. I was advised by a customer service representative to try different packages, but this has not resolved the issue. The inability to send SMS is hindering my ability to conduct banking transactions, despite being able to receive calls and messages. I urge for prompt assistance to rectify this matter.

Hello, I transferred my number, [redacted], from prepaid to postpaid around 12:00 PM yesterday. I was told it would activate within 2 hours. By 1:00 PM, I lost network connection with the old sim. After inserting the new sim provided by your representative, it's not being read. I've tried restarting, clearing cache, and even using the old sim to test the slot. Only the old sim is working. The new sim still isn't active. Can you confirm if this is normal and provide an estimate of how long this will take? I've sent an email with no response. The helpline isn't answering my calls. I recently recharged my Airtel pack with 3GB of data for 58rs. The next day, my 99rs recharge expired before I could fully utilize the 3GB data. I expected the remaining data to be added when I recharged again, but to my disappointment, only the 200MB from the 99rs recharge was available. It's frustrating to think that both my money and data were wasted in this situation.

I received [redacted] airtime from someone, but it's not showing in my account balance. I tried to buy data with it, but it says I don't have enough balance, indicating that the amount was deducted. I can't find the [redacted] airtime and it's frustrating as I don't have any money to buy airtime or data. If my money is not refunded, I will have to switch to MTN or GLO. I'm not receiving all the network bonuses from Airtel anymore. The data bonus and the Airtel to Airtel bonus of up to 15,[redacted] have been cleared without a valid reason. This has happened multiple times before and is very frustrating. My Airtel line, [redacted]0, is crucial for my business, and I always keep a balance of at least 1,[redacted] every Monday, even when I borrow credit. I've always paid back, so it's unfair for Airtel to stop giving me the bonuses I rely on. If this issue persists, I may have to switch to another network.
