I ordered a Doogee S97 Pro mobile less than a year ago, and I have had to contact the seller, the official Doogee website, twice already. Lately, the mobile has had a problem where it doesn't start up, shuts down, and some apps don't work properly, including calls. I have reached out through the order page, which I placed through you, but I haven't received a response. I am a platinum member on AliExpress and a regular customer. The phone I bought wasn't cheap, being a high-end model. I hope AliExpress can help me resolve this issue promptly and professionally. Thank you, and I look forward to your response soon.

My AliExpress order with Order ID: [redacted][redacted] and related dispute have been marked as "Finished," even though I have not received the product. During the ongoing dispute, the seller promised to resend "3D Curved Edge Tempered Glass for LG Velvet 5G Screen Protector for LG Velvet 5G LM-G900N LM-G900EM 6.8 for LG Velvet 5G, 2 Tempered Glass," as reflected in our communication messages. I am unsettled by the order being closed while the item is still undelivered. I initiated the dispute to ensure I receive the item or obtain a refund, but the seller requested I cancel the dispute. I believe the seller should honor their commitment, and it would maintain AliExpress's reputation to follow through as well. Please send me the soldering iron as advertised on your site. The solder I received was not a roll as depicted but a small length on a plastic spool. As a qualified technician, this is inadequate for my workshop. The DVM I ordered has not arrived; instead, I received a set of poor-quality test leads that broke upon use. I recently placed an order with Javino Store for 19 items, with a total of $71.12. However, I only received 18 items from my order. The missing item is the 10PCS Push Button Switch 10x15mm SPST 2Pin 3A 250V KCD11 Snap-in on/Off Rocker Switch 10MM*15MM Black Red and White 3P ON-OFF Red, costing $2.06 each. I reached out to the seller regarding the missing item, and they advised me to open a dispute for a refund. Unfortunately, my dispute was rejected on the grounds that the order was considered delivered. It is perplexing that the system did not contact the seller or propose a suitable resolution, especially when an item is missing from the delivered order. I believe it is crucial to uphold consumer rights in situations like this, and I am eager to seek a fair resolution. Dear Sir, I have sent multiple emails regarding the issues with my recent order. I am a qualified technician, not a hobbyist, and what I received does not meet my needs. The soldering iron I ordered was only a cheap metal stand, not the actual iron. The solder was a short length on a plastic spool, not the roll shown on the website. On 11.04.[redacted], I ordered a Li-Ion battery pack [redacted] mAh from Aliexpress with order number [redacted][redacted]. The delivery was delayed, so I opened a dispute which was closed after the delivery arrived. Now, after 2 months, I found out the battery pack is defective and not working properly. The seller is not cooperating regarding the warranty. Since the dispute is closed, I can't contact Buyer Protection. When does Buyer Protection start, at the order or delivery date? The order only arrived on 18.06.[redacted]. How can I claim my warranty now and can Aliexpress assist me with the seller? It seems the seller is sending faulty products late on purpose to exceed the 85-day limit. I lost 34 euros due to this purchase and I am asking for help with the seller. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the received suit does not match my order specifications. I ordered a dark gray suit in Asian XL (Size M EU), but the suit received has no size label. The seller's size table indicated this size would be suitable for 70-76 kg, yet the suit is too small, a different color, and cut compared to the website photos. Despite numerous attempts to contact the seller, I have received no response. I kindly request a refund of €42.25 to my PayPal account and ask for a free return label to send the suit back. I bought a S135 Pro GPS Drone from CEVENNESFE TECH Store on July 14th, [redacted], and it was shipped via CaiNiao logistics. However, the tracking information shows that it reached Singapore but got lost on July 24th, [redacted]. The seller advised me to wait and see, which I agreed to, but the AliExpress dispute center unexpectedly closed the case the next day without a refund while I was still in the process of waiting for the seller's update. I would like a refund so that I can re-order the drone from the seller, as it was intended as a birthday gift.

I purchased some AirPods cases which were returned to the seller as I missed the delivery. Despite the AliExpress app showing the parcel as delivered, I never received it or got a refund. After reaching out to the seller and local post office, I was advised to wait for 10 days, but it's been over 2-3 weeks now with no parcel received. The seller suggested opening a dispute, but the app won't allow it after 15 days past delivery confirmation. I shared this with the seller, who advised contacting AliExpress customer service. I purchased a GPS radio for my ML [redacted], but it doesn't have the correct hookup for my car. I've been trying to contact TomoStrong for days about this issue. Initially, there was no response. When they finally replied, they suggested using a different wiring harness that wasn't provided. I'm concerned about damaging my car's computer by trying to make it work. I've asked for the proper hookup, requested a refund, and asked for prepaid shipping instructions to return the item, but I haven't received the assistance I need. I purchased smart wall switches from Esooli Direct Store. Unfortunately, when I tried to install them after my house was completed, they started to smoke and pop within a few minutes. After discussing the issue with the store, they agreed to a return and refund. I sent the switches with tracking number CE[redacted]30SA from Saudi Arabia to the provided address in China. The package was delivered to the China post office in Wenzhou city on June 21, [redacted]. Despite providing the tracking number to Esooli Direct Store, they keep delaying the refund, promising it will be processed the next week or day. It has been almost 3 months, and I have not received my refund. I have a platinum account on Aliexpress and I'm concerned this experience will impact my view of the platform. Order ID: [redacted][redacted] The calibration sticker on this item shows it is outdated by at least 4 years. It’s a voltage standard used to test voltmeter accuracy. The certification from [redacted] is the main concern as values on the sticker may be inaccurate now. Although sold as "[redacted]% Brand-new," a device sitting in inventory for over 5 years can't be fully new. The seller acknowledged selling at a loss and seems to be omitting crucial information regarding the item being sold.

I referenced Alibaba Buyer Protection for a refund. Following the seller's return suggestion, I expected a return label, which I have not received. I made a purchase from SUTENAI store on July 1, [redacted], with Order ID [redacted][redacted]. When the items did not arrive on time, I opened a dispute on August 16, [redacted]. The seller informed me that the goods were in transit and asked me to close the dispute. Trusting the seller, I closed it. However, when the items arrived on August 20, [redacted], they were incorrect. Despite my attempts, the seller has not responded for three days. Unfortunately, as I accepted the initial offer, I am unable to open a new dispute. I am unsure how to proceed as the items are unsuitable. I am currently in a dispute with a seller on Ali Express. The new proposal they have offered is unacceptable for the following reasons: 1. I initially ordered lithium batteries with a capacity of 180Ah. 2. Laboratory tests have shown that the batteries actually have a capacity of only 100Ah upon receipt. 3. Despite presenting evidence to the seller and involving Ali Express customer service, the seller denies the discrepancy in battery capacity. Suspiciously, the seller has since removed the batteries from their store. 4. The seller's proposal of a refund only after I send the package back to China at my expense, which amounts to €[redacted].24, is not fair. 5. I propose that the seller cover the return shipping costs and refund the sale price, or refund a percentage of the selling price without requiring me to send the package back.
