At 71 years old, my hearing is impaired, especially with female and non-native American voices due to years of exposure to loud noises serving Uncle Sam without hearing protection. My password was changed by you without my permission and now I can't sign in. Despite not altering it, I was asked about the last digits of my Amazon Credit card, but when I provided them, I was told they were incorrect. Reset my password and note that I requested a one-time password three times to be sent to my email, but only received one successfully.

Upon purchasing 20 units of the "90 Pieces Graduation Rubber Ducks with Graduation Grad Cap Certificate Invitation Card..." item, I was surprised to receive each package containing only 30 ducks, 30 twist ties, and 30 decorations instead of the expected 90 ducks. This discrepancy in the quantity was not clearly stated in the product title. I urgently need these items for an upcoming event, and I am disappointed to have received only [redacted] ducks instead of the 1,[redacted] I anticipated. I am requesting a resolution: 1) a 2/3 refund to my card, 2) an extra shipment of 40 sets to make up the total of 1,[redacted] ducks, or preferably 3) additional shipments of other rubber duck items to make up for the shortfall and reach a total of 1,[redacted] ducks. I am solely focused on obtaining the correct quantity of ducks and am open to solutions to rectify this issue promptly.

After making a purchase on May 10, the platform showed a successful payment, but the order never shipped, disappeared from order history, and wasn't charged. I made a new purchase on May 14, the payment was deducted, but the order hasn't shipped. Today, May 17, Amazon charged my bank card used for the previous purchase for a similar amount, though I made no new purchases. My account phone number is [redacted].

Upon checking the return status, it claimed the tag was missing, which is untrue as I have attached a photo showing the tag intact. Dear Amazon Customer Service, I have been a loyal customer of yours for some time now, and I have encountered a concerning situation. Today, on May 17th, [redacted], a delivery agent arrived at my home with a cash on delivery order totaling rs. [redacted]. The unexpected part was that I never placed this order. However, assuming someone in my family had, I paid for it using my UPI account. Upon opening the package, I discovered multiple additional packages within, eventually revealing an old and used saree. It became clear to me that I was a victim of fraud. I would like to bring this matter to your attention, as it is troubling that such incidents can occur under the guise of Amazon deliveries. The delivery agent named Aditya Bhagat, contact number [redacted], who delivered my order has been to my address before. I have attached relevant photos and details of the received packets, the product, and the payment screenshot for your review. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I placed an order for a Shark Hoover and Hand Hoover on April 28th. The order numbers are as follows: Shark Hoover - [redacted] and Hand Hoover - [redacted]. I was disappointed when the courier left the Hand Hoover on my front decking without attempting to deliver it properly. The Shark Upright Hoover was missing entirely, with the courier falsely claiming to have handed it to the resident. After contacting customer service, I received a replacement (order number: [redacted]). Unfortunately, my husband and I found it difficult to use and returned it, leading to a refund of only £4.75 out of the £[redacted].00 I paid. Hello, I placed an order yesterday for the "UoYu Vampire Diaries Elena Gilbert Opening Vervain Locket Pendant Necklace" and the "Daywalking Katherine Necklace Pendant Charm Necklace" along with "Royal Blue Diamond Stud Earrings" in a transparent box (3 pcs). The delivery estimate is between Thursday, May 26, [redacted], and Friday, June 3, [redacted], by 9:00 pm. The total cost is $23.44 sold by Amazon US. However, there was an issue with the payment, and I received a request to reorder. I then received two emails with different dispatch numbers: #[redacted]-[redacted] and #[redacted]-[redacted]. I contacted ANZ Bank, and they informed me that two payments of $33.37 each are scheduled. I only want one set of the pendants and earrings. Today, I encountered a frustrating issue when trying to purchase $[redacted] worth of email gift cards for a friend's birthday using my Amazon Storecard. Despite having a high credit limit, my transaction was flagged as fraud, resulting in my account being locked. It took nearly three hours to resolve with the help of a representative. However, after successfully ordering two gift cards, my account was locked again while trying to purchase the third. Another representative informed me that it would take 24 hours to fix the problem. I also noticed that only one out of the three payments went through, probably from the order placed on my personal account. As a long-time Amazon customer, I believe that while algorithms play a role, there should still be room for human intervention to correct mistakes promptly. waiting 24 hours to unlock an account seems excessive in situations like this.

Feedback: Greetings, my name is Yash Solanki. Unfortunately, my Amazon account was closed recently due to what they consider misuse of their services. Upon contacting Amazon customer service, they mentioned that the account closure was a result of excessive returns. However, I believe that just disliking a product shouldn't lead to account closure, especially since I have made significantly more purchases than returns. One recent incident involved me receiving the wrong item, a part for a machine instead of the cap I ordered. I clearly stated the issue in my return comments, but I have yet to receive an email regarding the situation as promised upon login. Despite customer service assuring me a call back within 24 hours, I am still waiting. I kindly request a swift resolution to this issue.

I need your assistance. I received my Amazon Subscribe & Save delivery of Amy's split pea soup 12-pack, and each can is dented. I initiated a return online on May 14, but I was informed that it cannot be processed. The package arrived on April 27, providing me with a 30-day return window. It has been challenging to reach out for support. I seek your help in connecting me with Amazon's customer service to address this issue. Despite being able to cancel the order due to it potentially being lost, I am unable to proceed because the carrier supposedly picked it up on the 25th. The item, which was supposed to arrive by May 13th, never reached me. Contacting DHL with the tracking number revealed that the package was never dispatched. I urgently seek a refund for this essential order, intending to reorder it promptly, as it is a significant gift for our grandson. I have encountered a recurring issue with my recent deliveries being left at my gate, which is inconvenient for me due to being disabled, especially with my recent hip replacement surgery. Despite specifying on the delivery instructions to leave the packages on my front doorstep, this request continues to be overlooked. The latest deliveries, including silk flowers left outdoors before an approaching storm and a pocket watch left unattended until dark, have left me frustrated. The drivers marking the deliveries as "left on doorstep" or "handed to resident" when not is dishonest and disappointing. After a dropped call with customer service, I am contemplating canceling my Amazon Prime membership if the issue persists with future deliveries. I was recently charged $14.99 and then another $10.99 separately. The first charge appears to be a membership cost, and the second one says Amazon Digital. I did not sign up for a membership this month or the previous one, and I have already disputed similar charges a few months back. Amazon claimed to have canceled one membership charge but mentioned another separate membership payment that they couldn't stop. They suggested I get a new card, which isn't feasible. They also advised me to call every month to dispute the charge if I can't cancel it myself, which is frustrating as they couldn't provide any account details. I want a refund for all the charges since the last time I disputed them.

I need to update the payment method for the Human Touch chair I'm ordering for my sister in a nursing home. I'll be reimbursed from her funds and require a printed invoice for reimbursement, as I don't have a printer. Additionally, I'll need a copy of the warranty. Subject: Issue Regarding Missing Shipment Hello, I received a notification stating that I am being charged for four Nuvo lights that I allegedly did not return to Amazon. I have email confirmation showing that the items were dropped off at the Whole Foods Store in Danada Square in Wheaton and were supposed to be sent to your Return Center. Additionally, I have proof that another item, the lawn sprayer, was received successfully on the same return. It is evident that the missing Nuvo lights should have reached your Return Center as well. I urge you to rectify this error and issue a refund for the undelivered items promptly. I am having trouble accessing my Amazon account. A message states my account is locked due to misuse and that I should expect an email explaining further. However, the only email I received was to create an Amazon business account, which also triggers the locked account message. My account is new, with only one purchase made. On May 8th, I purchased a Hyundai lawn mower with 5 monthly installments, but upon its arrival on the 12th, I realized I mistakenly ordered the wrong model. The HYM510SP I received does not have electric start nor speed control, whereas I meant to order the HYM530SPR with speed control and electric start. Our garden's various gradients and size require the specific features of the intended model. A friend with a Hyundai mower with these features let me try it, and it worked exceptionally well. I am hoping to exchange the current equipment for the correct one, and transfer my payment to the new model for continued installments. The payment panel mentions the item is non-returnable but eligible for a refund if damaged or defective. I made an honest mistake and am seeking a resolution for this matter.
