I put in a Prime Day order of an item at the price of $***.**. I waited nearly a month with no updates. I inquired and was told it's out of stock but was clearly in stock on the product page. I was given script answers from * reps. One rep suggested I cancel my current order and put in a new order. I asked if I'll get the Prime Day Deal price if I did that. The rep said I can contact customer service again to get the partial refund. I'm chatting with a rep now and it's worst than pulling teeth. I paid $***.** for the item. I wanted to pay $***.** which is the Prime Day Deal price. I just need them to refund me the difference which is $**.**.
