My name is Keith Taylor, Guest Rewards Number ************I purchaed a ticket for my son and I Saturday morning November **th, reservation number D*EB** with the Amtrak app. We cancelled the reservation on the app but there was no message or email to confirm. We tried to cancel twice more before the train was due with the same results. I am having a difficult time getting a refund.**I contacted customer service later on that same day and they said no one would be available to assist me until Monday. I called today and was told they needed to speak to their supervisor. The supervisor said I need to email Amtrak. I asked why do I need to email Amtrak when I am on the phone with Amtrak? She said she would connect me with customer relations. I have been on the phone and on hold with Amtrak for * hour and ** minutes. I cannot hold any longer and losing time from other responsibilities.**I have limited computer access.
