Help! I have a phone that is under warranty, Google Pixel *, and it stopped charging (the Verizon store rep said it is "fried"), and this morning, my backup cell phone got splashed in the tub, and now it won't charge. the phone number to this cell phone is ***-***-****. I can't receive text messages on this phone. My home phone is not working, so I have no way to call anyone nor have anyone call me. I have health issues and I am very worried if I have an emergency, I won't be able to call out. Thank you.
