When I use the "Forgot Password function and enter my email address, I'm told a message has been sent to that email address, but nothing about resetting passwords ever arrives. **However, I get "Your BC Hydro bill is ready" and "Monitor you electricity usage online" emails to the same address.**The email address below is the one I registered with and have never changed.
GetHuman-davegsc did not yet indicate what BC Hydro should do to make this right.
