The issue in GetHuman-eypray's own words
I made an initial hotel reservation (*********) and it was not accepted by my credit card. So, I attempted to reschedule that reservation the next day. On (*********) agent said the previous reservation was not in the system. He then advised me to book another reservation after repeatedly saying the $*,***.** was not in the system. The other reservation I had made for the same date has been cancelled due to the Hurricane in Florida. Now I am still showing a charged for that initial reservation. I have had a very difficult time accessing the reservation number and pin. But you have had no problem charging my charge card. If I had your fax number or address, I could send you my credit card statement. I need this off my credit card!!!!!
