Went to make an insurance claim on broken phone claim was denied call Boost support to see maybe if they could give me a reason I knew they didn't know the reason but they may know of reasons why they're denied the agent then went on on to tell me that I have never had insurance on the line that I was speaking about which is a false statement I've already had two insurance claims on this line I have never taken the insurance off of this line yet he tells me there is no insurance and I've never had insurance on it . I'm the account holder of the five lines that I have on this account there was only two lines that should have ever had insurance and only one of those has Insurance currently so now I am stuck with a broken phone I do not get an insurance claim yet I have religiously paid my insurance or so I thought the insurance on my line and then for him to tell me that from day one there's never been insurance was a lie because again I've had two insurance claims one being within the last calendar year
