I am having trouble accessing my savings account with Capital One. I have been a client with them for over 15 years and I usually auto-invest $[redacted].00 monthly. My latest deposit was on 12/16/20. It seems like they don't recognize me, even though they have my Social Security Number, Date of Birth, checking account number, email address, and phone number. Over a year ago, I declared bankruptcy. On December 10th, [redacted], I was discharged from bankruptcy. I sent my discharge certificate on December 11th via recorded delivery and it was signed for upon receipt. Currently, both of my cards are still showing as being in dispute on my credit files. I have been informed that legally they should not be listed this way since they were part of the bankruptcy. Could you please update this information to ensure that my credit files reflect the correct details? This should include closing off the old account for the mentioned reason. I am currently experiencing issues with accessing my Capital One accounts. I typically use my Wells Fargo bill pay account to make payments. My account was restricted due to inactivity until I received a stimulus deposit and sent money via Zelle to my family. When attempting to resolve the restriction by contacting customer service, I was informed that the necessary department had left for the day and wouldn't return until Monday. They explained that no one else could assist me in the meantime. The funds I sent were meant for my cell phone bill, but with the restriction in place, I couldn't pay it, leading to a disruption in my service. Unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID-19 and am in quarantine without access to a phone to call for help in resolving this account issue.

The last 4 digits of the card are [redacted] should you need this information. Although I strive to pay my debts on time and meet my obligations, I inadvertently missed these payments. At 22 years old, this is my first credit card which I use sparingly, maintaining a low balance of about 10% of my $[redacted].00 credit line. I acquired this card to build credit history with a modest limit.
