I would like to give a compliment to someone I spoke with @ Capital One about a fraudulent charge on my card. Her name is Sharon. We spoke around **:**am PST on Oct ** ****. Unfortunately someone had my card info & tried to make a purchase @ Saks store earlier that morning. I was really upset but not only did Sharon quickly fix the problem she was also kind & patient & made me feel much better by the end of our call. I really appreciate her kindness. Every time we have had to call customer service we always receive excellent service with kindness. I think it’s important to share these positive experiences. Please pass this along to Sharon & her manager. Thank you!
