Was wanting to find a job! ... I paid **** for a background check **st months news about two weeks ago and I have yet to be able to get on the site to apply for a job. I have done everything that the site says to try to fix it. My daughter-in-law has tried for me. My sister has tried for me and it doesn’t work so I called them, they don’t know anything either so I asked today to speak with a supervisor and the guy told me that I couldn’t but that he would relay a message so I get an answer from a supervisor this afternoon saying I hope this finds you well but you will not be getting a refund so tomorrow I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for my paperwork for this place and I will tell you one more thing they better not take any more money out of my bank account. !!!!!!!!! this place ***** and it is very dishonest! I think stealing is what they call it when you take someone else’s money! He does not provide a service!

I think they realize every word I said they’re just fake and dishonest and don’t want tO do the right thing

I would like a refund why would I want to give people money when they don’t provide service?

Three or four years back I signed up with care and it was a good company then I don’t know if they have changed management or watt but boy this place needs some serious work and I mean serious
