While signing into my account, a pop up box stated my account had been suspended for unnatural and suspicious activity. I called the number listed, and began to feel very uncomfortable (since the tech stated someone was trying to sign in from Russia) about whether this is a valid, approved service from Charter*Spectrum. Can you assist getting me back into my account. They wanted sell me a Firewall for my network. Is this right?
