I have a past due account from a while back. We had the same number for over ** yrs. My mom passed away and my dad didnt know how to do anything with finances and ended up getting our service disconnect quite a while ago. My dad just was diagnosed with chronic dementia. He has lost alot of his memory but one thing he remembers is that *** *** **** is his phone number. I tried calling the number and it said it is not in service. So I am trying my best to get his number back for him.. I dont have a account number however the service address is *** *st street Garibaldi, Oregon, *****... Dan Repass is his name .. can you please help me with this. I know there is a past due balance . We also still have all the equipment from you all. I can make payments on the bill. I just want to make sure if he is somewhere or needs help and is ever alone that he has a number that he remembers.. I know this probly sounds crazy I just have to try.. thankyou for your time ..
