I want a charge for $**.** removed from my credit card TODAY, May **, ****. I spoke to Kenneth of your organization and my bank. Now I am contacting Consumer Fraud Protection and the attorney general’s office. I never received an email about renewal. Plus, I had Manual listed on my registration which means I should not have been automatically renewed. I want the pending charge removed TODAY. I have researched all the lawsuits against you where you have been sued for fraud and had to return monies. I want a call and proof this charge was removed TODAY from my credit card. I am a senior citizen. Not only is your automatic billing which I did not authorize consumer fraud, it is age discrimination. Rose McTague
