Yes, Hello, * My name is Kimberly Garrett and I ordered a mattress and box from there. I also paid to have it delivered and for the old mattress removal. * The bed was delivered no problem, the gentleman were very polite and on time. My problem is I paid for delivery, set-up and removal, I did not get that service provided. I was thinking I have a little, not all , but some refund. There was no set-up or removal. I'm a fair person and don't except a full refund, oh and by the way the bed is "Fabulous" and I'm quite happy with my purchase except for the small discrepancy of the above mentioned.* If you could either call or txt me in regards to this matter, I would so greatly appreciate it.
