Hello, I noticed that my Epic Games account was disconnected from my computer. When I tried to log in, it said my email address was not found. Yesterday, at 7:26 PM, I received an email stating that my Epic Games email address was changed, which I did not do. At 7:27 PM, I also got an email about a password change, which I did not initiate. Someone has stolen my Epic Games and changed the email address. I would like to recover my Epic Games account. I need help with getting my Fortnite account re-enabled. Three days ago, I contacted Epic Games to inform them that my account was hacked, and I asked them to change my email. They changed my email successfully. However, the hacker used various VPN apps to create suspicious activities like multiple login attempts and password requests once they were logged out. I reached out to Epic Games again to report the suspicious activity, and they closed the ticket. Another Epic employee mentioned that my account couldn't be re-enabled as it was the final decision. The hacker is now taunting me, stating how glad he is that my account was disabled. I've invested over $2,[redacted] into this account and it's causing me a lot of stress. I have been using my Epic Games account since June [redacted]. However, on Thursday, February 17, [redacted], I suddenly lost access to it. I tried to reset my password on the Epic Games website using the forget password page, but it said the account was not found with my email address. I reached out to Epic Games support and received a response from customer service representative Oliver Scott. I provided information about my connected external accounts, the last 4 digits of the first payment card used, and a screenshot of my oldest receipt. Even though Oliver Scott could locate my account, he mentioned that there are security issues, so the account status remains unchanged. My son is a devoted player of Epic Games, particularly Fortnite. Recently, he acquired a battle pass that was supposed to come with V-Bucks; unfortunately, he did not receive them. Furthermore, a variety of skins, emotes, back blings, and pickaxes have mysteriously disappeared from his account without his knowledge. Among the missing items is his favorite skin, the Rick skin at level [redacted]. Additionally, he never received the [redacted] V-Bucks from a previous purchase, and a recent purchase only included a new skin without the V-Bucks. My son continuously invests in his account to purchase V-Bucks and skins and aspires to become a YouTuber to assist novice players. His Fortnite username is Severalguide469. Any assistance in resolving these issues or adding the missing V-Bucks would be greatly appreciated.

I need help unlocking the parental controls for Fortnite on my son's account so he can chat with friends. I've changed my pin multiple times, but I can't unlock the controls on my account. When I try unlocking it on his account, it prompts for a pin. The pin from my emails doesn't work for his account.

My son's Joy-Con isn't functioning on his Switch, and he unintentionally erased his Fortnite account! I've spent almost £[redacted] on skin packs since he created the account about six weeks ago. He's been using it as an escape from severe bullying at school, helping him make new friends and boost his confidence. Update: I successfully regained access to my account. I contacted Epic Games via email to reclaim my account by providing evidence of my ownership. If you maintain the original account name and can provide screenshots of purchases and transactions, you can recover your account. It's crucial to provide all the requested information, so don't delete any emails from Epic Games. Although I haven't played Fortnite in a while and returned for the new season, I discovered that my Epic name had been altered. Upon trying to log in on a PC, I found that my email and phone linked to the account had also been changed.

My nephew was playing Fortnite and suddenly got logged out. We are unable to access his Epic account as it keeps rejecting the passwords we enter. I also received verification messages on my Outlook requesting confirmation, which makes me suspect foul play. The Epic account in question is under the name xXJayboi23Xx. I request assistance in unlinking the account from whoever gained access illegitimately. He has invested significant funds in this account and its recovery is essential. I've had an Xbox account since [redacted] under the email [redacted], now owned by Xfinity, making the email inaccessible. I linked a new email, [redacted], to my Xbox account with username xxxishotyaxxx. Recently switched to PC and downloaded World War Z without updating my Epic account to the new email. In returning to Fortnite after years, I discovered my username is incorrect and linked to Xbox. Seeking to regain access to my skins and play under the correct account.

I need assistance with recovering my hacked and scammed accounts. While playing solo, I was unexpectedly logged out and informed of incorrect email and password details despite entering the correct information. Upon creating a new account, the original account still existed momentarily but then changed to a different name after five minutes. The newly created account was taken from me shortly after. I managed to log back in solo, only to find that the password and email were no longer valid. I am desperate to reclaim both accounts, Kiss_my_og_acc13 and Der og Black night, as I have invested a substantial amount of money, totaling almost [redacted]€, into them. Hello, I have both a Fortnite account for myself (dad) and one for my daughter, and both are on Xbox. When I tried to enable 2FA for my daughter, I had to use my email address (which is mine). Since then, my daughter's account is not working (unable to connect). The message says it needs parental help, but when I try, there is an issue with the email address. My Epic Games account is linked to my Xbox console, and my daughter's account is directly on Epic Games. We have followed all the procedures, but nothing has changed, and it has been 3 days today. In July, I spent $42 on v-bucks in Fortnite. The next day, I received an email stating that my Epic Games account was disabled due to an unauthorized chargeback. After contacting my bank for an investigation confirming no refund from Epic Games, I reached out to Epic for assistance. Despite seeing others have their issues resolved, Epic initially claimed inability to help. After some effort, they re-enabled my account as a one-time gesture. However, just 14 hours later, I received another email stating my account was once again disabled. It seems despite my ongoing direct communication with them over the past three weeks, the issue remains unresolved.

Hello, I recently experienced a hack on my PC. My Epic Games account was also affected, so I contacted their customer service 10 days ago. Unfortunately, they seem unable to do anything despite all the information I provided to prove that my account was hacked. They have not responded to me in a week. I'm starting to despair and I'm very afraid that I won't be able to recover this account because I have already spent hundreds of euros on it and had made significant progress in many games. Please help me.

My brother recently had his PSN account banned for reasons unrelated to Fortnite, but we suspect his Fortnite account may still be active. When he created his PSN, he unintentionally used another person's email address ([redacted]) for the account named Gang-Boy-88. It's possible some purchases were made using my USAA account, if needed for verification purposes. We hope to recover the account as we've invested money into it. We understand there may not be two-factor authentication due to the email discrepancy, but we are working on updating the email associated with the account. Thank you for your assistance.

I faced issues creating an account using my Apple ID and proceeded without registering an email address to rush through the process. I confirmed not being able to track my progress later. Unfortunately, without an email, I couldn't link a vbucks card bought outside the game. I then tried making a new Epic Games account but discovered I can't unlink my switch from the existing account to link it with the new one. I'm looking to link my current account to an email or unlink it from my switch to connect with the new account I made, even if it means losing my progress. Thanks for your assistance. - Steve

I was browsing on Epic Games for a game on sale that I wanted to buy. I had a coupon, so I purchased it for around $24. After downloading, I entered my Ubisoft username and password, but I received an error message saying, "An Epic Games service is not available right now, please try again later." I've attempted multiple times over an hour with the same result. It would be beneficial if Epic Games had a customer service phone line to provide live assistance with such issues.

Hello, I'm hoping to get some advice and assistance regarding an issue my son encountered while playing Fortnite recently. He logged in and was prompted to link his account, which he chose not to do. However, upon re-entering the game, he noticed that his battle pass, locker items, and v-bucks were missing. We attempted to resolve this by logging back in, but the application is indicating that the email addresses we are using cannot be found. My son is being accused of hacking in Fortnite by a player named "Satan #[redacted]." This player sent game clips to Epic Games trying to get my son and others banned, including us. The accusations involve hacking, but in reality, my son and I just struggle to win matches. The player is aggressive and has been verbally abusive towards my son, calling him names and wishing ill upon him. I believe this person is simply a sore loser. We are reaching out to Epic Games to address these false accusations and clear my son's name. I own an ASUS laptop with Windows 10 and have Fortnite installed, but struggle to play using a keyboard. I attempted to connect my PS4 controller via Bluetooth, successfully pairing it with my laptop. However, when I launch Fortnite and try to use the controller, it doesn't respond correctly, showing keyboard binds instead of PS4 buttons. I've tried changing the settings within Fortnite to PlayStation 4 controller, but the issue persists. PlayStation support referred me to Epic Games, citing an in-game problem.
