I received an email stating that my order was delivered today at 3:31, but it was not dropped off at my address on Henson Rd in Blowing Rock, NC [redacted]. This has happened twice in the last two weeks. The previous delivery supposedly ended up at the garage, which doesn't make sense as the truck didn't even come onto Henson Rd. We waited for the delivery today but it never arrived. We would appreciate it if you could ensure our orders are correctly delivered as we have no issues with UPS or the Postal Service. It's frustrating for us, especially as elderly individuals, not knowing where our packages end up. We have been unsuccessful in reaching you by phone, so we hope this message finds you. I've recently had multiple delivery issues with FedEx not locating my address correctly. They have repeatedly gone to the wrong address, even though I've never had problems with Amazon and UPS deliveries. I've verified on Google Maps that my home is accurately marked. In my last delivery today, the package was mistakenly delivered to my neighbor's house, even though my address numbers are clearly displayed on my home. Similarly, my previous delivery yesterday was mistakenly dropped off at a neighbor's house next to my driveway, which is entirely different from the details I've provided about my home. Their address numbers are in the 200s, while mine is [redacted]. This has been highly inconvenient and frustrating. I'm seeking guidance on how to address and rectify this recurring issue, especially since Google Maps correctly locates my home. What steps can be taken to resolve this matter?

My FedEx Ground delivery is experiencing delays. I've had issues in the past with FedEx Ground finding my address, although FedEx Overnight has no trouble delivering within hours. Interestingly, FedEx Ground consistently delivers to my neighbor's address just 6 feet away, but struggles to locate mine. This current order was initially set for Sunday delivery, then pushed to Monday, and now delayed to Wednesday. Unfortunately, it seems the package might be returned due to address complications. How is it that FedEx Overnight can locate me swiftly, yet FedEx Ground has difficulty finding my residence? It's a perplexing situation.

Tracking number [redacted]10 I reside in Florida, and despite some flooding from the recent hurricane, my neighborhood was accessible, just like many others. The local FedEx branch in Sanford, FL, decided to drop off all packages for [redacted] at the Dollar General Store without notifying anyone. I only found out about it through a local Facebook group after my shipment had been sitting there for 6 days. Despite numerous calls to FedEx, they did not disclose this information or provide any updates. The package contained perishable food items that were ruined due to the delay. I ordered the food post-hurricane, assuming it would be delivered promptly. Now I am unable to file a claim for the damaged goods. Regarding Account # 8[redacted]-7, I had scheduled a pick-up through my Federal Express account at ITC pharmacy to send medication to St. Kitts and Nevis. This has been a routine process for me annually with no issues. However, this time, FedEx mistakenly sent the package to Paris for forwarding to Nigeria instead of St. Kitts and Nevis. Despite my request for redirection to St. Kitts and Nevis, they returned it to my pharmacy in New Castle, Colorado. They are now claiming I owe them money for the error. I have tried to clarify this situation, but they keep sending the medication to the pharmacy instead of delivering it to me, the account holder. This mix-up involves three parties: myself as the sender, the destination in St. Kitts and Nevis, and the pharmacy. I had a failed delivery on Friday, November 4th. The door tag indicated the next delivery attempt would be the following business day, but it has not arrived as of today, November 9th. When contacting your 1-[redacted] number for information, I couldn't reach anyone as the door tag number, DT8[redacted] [redacted], is not registered in your system. I visited the local FedEx store, where they couldn't provide details due to the absence of a tracking number.

I have been informed that the package will arrive today. However, I received similar messages on Saturday and Sunday, each time being told it was on the truck. Despite seeing the truck in my driveway, no delivery was made. I contacted Home Depot, and they confirmed it was on the truck but not delivered. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of delivery is concerning. I have already spoken to a supervisor about this issue.
