I purchased a smartwatch from Flipkart and made a prepayment on June 9, [redacted]. However, due to technical issues, the payment did not reflect in the app and delivery system. Despite contacting customer service and being assured that my transaction went through, I received the product twice due to the glitch and was asked to pay again. I raised this issue with customer support, who advised me to make another payment and promised a refund for the initial payment within 3 days. Consequently, I paid twice for the same item and received it on June 14, [redacted]. Since then, I have contacted customer service multiple times inquiring about my refund, but have been given repeated assurances that it will be processed within 72 hours or 24 hours. I purchased a Redmi 10A mobile from Flipkart, delivered on June 15, [redacted]. Since June 15th, I have been experiencing issues with the mobile hanging and restarting automatically. I initiated a return request on June 18, [redacted], but have faced delays in the resolution process. Despite numerous calls to customer care, a technician only came on June 29, [redacted]. The technician reset the mobile and advised me to record a video in case of further hanging. Despite showing the video to technician Mr. Vishal on July 8, [redacted], the mobile was not returned. Mr. Vishal mentioned being a third party and insisted Flipkart needed to handle the issue. This experience has left me feeling like a bribe was being requested. I am very dissatisfied with my Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. I had been promised a [redacted] rs instant discount if I used my HDFC Bank credit/debit card for the purchase, but instead of being charged 16200rs, [redacted] needed for the order was debited from my account. Despite contacting Flipkart customer care and being told I would receive the discount within 72 hours after delivery, the amount has not been credited yet. Today, a Flipkart executive called to inform me that the [redacted] rs discount would be credited to my Flipkart wallet. However, I insisted on a refund to my credit card. The executive canceled my order, and now I have been notified that my product will be picked on July 15th, and the refund of [redacted] rs along with a [redacted] rs Flipkart gift card will be provided by July 17th. I am willing to return the vivo t1 pro 5g but only if the total amount of [redacted] rs is refunded to my credit card as I intend to purchase a new phone from Amazon.

Despite raising a complaint with Flipkart customer care on July 4, I have not received any assistance. They were supposed to resolve the issue by July 6 but have not done so yet. Hi, I purchased a gray t-shirt from Flipkart, but I received a red t-shirt instead. After initiating a return and facing multiple issues with the process being canceled and the product not matching during pickup, my return was ultimately canceled. I contacted Flipkart and provided all the necessary details, but my return was still canceled on July 20th. I'm frustrated as I have lost both the money I paid and the product I ordered. I returned the item to Ekart as instructed by Flipkart. I hope that Flipkart can find a solution promptly, as it has been 10 days of inconvenience for me. My Flipkart account has been blocked due to multiple return requests. Are there limitations in the Flipkart policy for the number of return requests and cancellations one can make? We even pay extra at the time of order for refunds. Sending poor quality products and then blocking the account when we can't even make a refund is unfair. It seems like Flipkart is on a mission to ruin itself. The customers are troubled to the point where they might just leave and shop on other sites. Please investigate this issue. Pradeep S.

My account has been blocked because I was opening sellers' packages, ordering something, and receiving duplicate or damaged products. We have made purchases worth at least 50 thousand in the last 20-25 days. We have been ordering from Flipkart for many years, but for the past 20 days, there have been issues. Sometimes they show something is available, but it never arrives. Recently, I ordered a Provogue trial set, which was automatically canceled. Flipkart claims I missed delivery attempts three times, but that's untrue. My returns have been pending for ten days. When I lodged a complaint two days ago, my account got blocked. Investigate the matter to see which staff member is causing issues because such actions will only harm Flipkart in the long run. - Pradeep Sharma

I purchased a keyboard and mouse from Flipkart on July 24 with an expected delivery date of July 29. On July 28, the delivery was attempted while I was out, assuming it would be redelivered the next day. However, an issue arose where the delivery agent contacted an alternate number linked to my Flipkart account used by my sister in Varanasi without informing her beforehand. My sister was unaware of the order and couldn't assist, leading to the delivery agent not attempting to contact my main number or me again. After filing a complaint with Flipkart, I was informed it would be resolved by August 3. However, I checked the EKART official site today, July 30, and it shows the order as rejected. My examinations are on August 1, and I urgently needed the new keyboard due to my damaged old one. I believe that instead of automated calls, Flipkart should provide the option to speak with real customer service representatives. Disappointed with the experience with Flipkart and Ekart in this situation.

On the evening of July 28, [redacted], I placed an order with Flipkart for a Realme 9 Meteor Black 12 smartphone. I made full payment immediately. The promised delivery date of July 31, [redacted], was not met. Despite reassurances for deliveries on August 2 and August 6, the phone has not arrived. I received a message today offering a gift card for the shipping charge or the option to place a new order. There's a promise of a Rs. 1,[redacted] gift card for my patience after the new order is delivered. The message states that Flipkart is no longer tracking the order, raising concerns about the delivery. I request urgency in resolving this issue. The delivery person came to my PG, called me, but when I went to receive my order, he said he forgot it. He promised evening delivery, but I wasn't in my PG. He requested online payment through a link he sent to my registered number. I made payment, but he didn't deliver my order. The following day, the same delivery person returned with my order, insisting I pay twice. I have payment screenshots and contacted customer support, but after 12 days, there's been no resolution or refund. I had a terrible experience and demand a refund within 24 hours, or I will escalate the matter.

I ordered this product, but upon delivery and opening it, I found it to be completely different. This isn't just with this product but with many others. I placed an order on August 4th, received it on the 5th, and the package was empty. I made a complaint to prevent this from happening again, but the same mistake keeps occurring. I trusted Flipkart for my orders, but they have failed me. This is beyond disappointing. I might as well shop locally to avoid wasting time with online orders. Shopping on Flipkart has been very irritating. They need to improve, or I will have to stop online shopping with them. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience on Flipkart. 😡

I have been receiving continuous sexual harassment in the form of abusive phone texts, WhatsApp messages, and voice clips from this individual. He also uses another number, +91 93[redacted]6, under the name BAPI BONIK on TrueCaller for the same inappropriate behavior. I am concerned about the lack of a customer care number for direct communication with your company executives to address such issues. I urge you to take immediate action on this matter to ensure customer well-being. I am prepared to share evidence such as screenshots and voice clips to support my claim. However, I have not received any out for delivery notifications on my phone, and when I check online, it also does not show as out for delivery. I ordered the Gkidz track pant for boys on August 7th. I received my order on August 14th, but it was a different color than what I had ordered, and one of the products was torn. I returned the item, but the pickup boy who came today refused to take it, claiming it was not the same product. He was rude, shouting and ultimately left without accepting the return. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the item to be picked up and take action against the pickup boy for his behavior. I hope you can address this matter promptly.

Hello GetHuman Team, I purchased an item from Flipkart using Flipkart Pay Later EMI for a six-month period starting in June. The first EMI was paid in July. For the second month in August, I paid the EMI of Rs.[redacted] directly through IDFC bank, the financial partner of Flipkart, via the Mobikwik app on August 1, [redacted], at around 5:10 pm. Due to an issue with my Flipkart app, I could not make the payment through the app, so I made the payment this way. Unfortunately, the payment has not been updated on the Flipkart app, and now it shows payment dues along with penalties. I have contacted the Flipkart team about this issue on August 5, [redacted], and have been continuously following up via email and phone with the customer care team, but no solution has been provided yet. I have submitted payment details screenshots and my IDFC Loan account statement as proof of payment to Flipkart and have also shared the same information with the IDFC Team. According to IDFC, the payment has been received and updated in their database. However, Flipkart has not updated the payment status on the app, and now penalties are being added for overdue payments. Despite Flipkart missing the promised deadline to resolve the issue, it remains unsolved. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.

I bought a school bag on August 17, [redacted], with Invoice No. FAH5Z[redacted]4. However, upon receiving the delivery, I realized that it was not the correct product. It is smaller than the one I ordered and the quality is disappointing. I requested a return on August 18. A delivery person came on August 19, saw the product, and refused to take it back as it was a mismatch. I canceled the return on August 24, but the option to return is not available. Kindly process the return and refund the money. I also have a video of unpacking the product as proof in case the issue is not resolved. Thank you.

I am Gayathri, a loyal customer of Flipkart. I placed an order for 10 grocery items with Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 on 21.08.[redacted], opting for Cash on Delivery. However, upon receiving the delivery on 23.08.[redacted] and paying [redacted] rupees to the delivery person, I discovered only 4 incorrect items were delivered, none of which I ordered. After contacting Customer Care and being unable to reach a Senior Executive, I agreed to a refund of [redacted] rupees as no replacement option was available. Despite being assured of the refund, I later found only 1 item worth 1 rupee was processed for refund. Customer Care was unhelpful and unable to provide further assistance or connect me to a Senior Executive. As a regular Prime customer, I am disappointed with the lack of support and responsibility from Flipkart's Customer Care. I have been struggling to resolve an issue with Flipkart for the past four days. I tried contacting their customer service team multiple times, but unfortunately, they have been unprofessional, not well-educated, and arrogant. I purchased a SpringTek mattress from Flipkart, returned it as it did not meet my expectations, and the seller accepted the return and initiated a refund with reference number IN[redacted][redacted]18. However, when trying to follow up, the customer service representatives did not have any information regarding my refund. I even had a call disconnected on purpose by a representative named Priyanka, who was incredibly arrogant and disrespectful. I just want my concern addressed promptly and appropriate action taken against the agents responsible for the inconvenience caused. If not resolved, I will have to escalate this matter to the consumer court.
