The issue in GetHuman-janaea's own words
I wasn’t trying to do anything, I trying to sign up for something else but I guess I signed up for the weong thing ... I didn’t know I ordered a FreedomPop SIM card so like a month I just had this account I never even used. And I just found out about it because they charged me for it. And so I was wondering if there is anyway I can get a refund because I didn’t even know I had this account that I didn’t want.
It was frustrating because I don’t know where those charges came from in my card.
They could maybe try getting me a refund!
I’m really not a customer because I didn’t know I was signing up for this.
I deleted the account already.
