About a year ago, I bought a gift card for myself from a GameStop store and basically forgot about it. Today, I deicded I was going to use it online at the GameStop website. First, I checked the balance, and it said that it had $** left. So, I added a $** game in my cart and entered the gift card, it all looked good, and then when I clicked "Place Order" I got a message on the top of my screen stating "Oops! We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or contact Customer Care at *-***-***-****". I tried about * different times, on two different computers, and I also re-checked the gift card balance, still nothing.
GetHuman7791022 did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
