In April, I began playing Bingo jackpot with hopes of receiving cash prizes deposited to either a cash app account or PayPal. Despite winning numerous games, the promised winnings never made it to my account. Unity games no longer responds to my inquiries after multiple attempts. I have won thousands of dollars but have yet to receive any of it. Unity games should be held accountable for their deceitful actions. Google Play should take a more proactive stance against these companies that make false promises. It would also be wise for cash app and PayPal to suspend any accounts involved in fraudulent gaming activities. The lack of payment is a clear sign of disrespect towards players and undermines the integrity of the game.

Hello, I'm Brenda Jeffries. I'm facing an issue with being locked out of my Google Play Store email. While I can still play games, I am unable to cash out on them. Previously, I received a code and a website link from a representative, but when I tried to access the website, it was gone, and I couldn't locate it again. Dear Customer Service Team, I am encountering problems when trying to purchase Spotify services via Google Play. Each time I attempt a transaction, an error message appears and rejects it. I've checked my Google Play balance and ensured that all features are enabled. Although I've tried removing and re-adding payment methods, the issue persists. After receiving an email from a co-worker requesting Google Play cards for the team, I purchased three of them. However, upon discussing it further with the team member directly via Teams, we discovered it was a fraud. I have these three $[redacted] gift cards untouched and I am looking to get a refund since I will not use them. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Trusting my instincts turned out to be the right call in this situation.

I created a Google partner account on 5/25/23 to sell e-books. I received a deposit of $0.24 to my bank account for verification. Shortly after, my work paycheck was deposited. Subsequently, someone attempted a fraudulent $[redacted].43 charge on my card through the Google store, but it was declined due to an incorrect CVV. I reported the incident to both Google and my bank. Unfortunately, I can no longer view the Google report for updates on my dispute. It's disheartening that my hard-earned money was taken so quickly, yet the resolution process takes so long. This theft impacts my holiday plans drastically. I noticed someone playing a game on my phone. A spot at the bottom was changing from $20 to $30. This occurred in either Bible Word Puzzle or Word Connect. I'm unsure if I was charged, but I don't want to make any purchases. If I was charged in these games or others, I kindly request a refund. Is there a method to verify this without needing to reach out if this situation occurs again?

I recently purchased a $40 Google Play card and encountered issues redeeming it on my account. Despite the funds appearing, I am consistently blocked by a security alert, halting my purchases. I no longer have the receipt, as it was a gift, yet the money is clearly visible in my account. This has caused me to miss out on important events, leading me to purchase a $50 Visa card just to continue using the service. I urge for a quick resolution to this problem before considering alternatives.

Dear Google Play, I downloaded Vikings Rise from the Play Store. When the game lost balance, I tried to delete my in-game account. However, it was challenging to do so. I am now awaiting an after-action report after the chat operator did not confirm the deletion of my account. I spent 45 minutes in the in-game chat providing receipts, proof of download, and other details. Unfortunately, I could not locate the exact install date as the app only displayed the last update date. I am concerned they may not delete my account, but I am hopeful. Hello, I purchased a $[redacted].00 Google Play gift card for my son-in-law as a Father's Day gift on June 2nd from Dollar General in Tiffin, Ohio. When I gave him the card recently, he thought it was a prank because he said the card was not valid. I am really upset about this. Sir, I had INR [redacted] in my Google Play Store account, and while trying to purchase something for Free Fire, I accidentally pressed some unknown option. It showed coins instead of cash. I don't want to play this game, and I need my money back. This option is misleading, and I feel like my money was taken without my consent.

Last week, I purchased a £25 Google Play gift card for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, when I tried to send her the code, half of it was missing due to a printing error. I've been a regular buyer of your gift cards, but this is the first time I've encountered this issue. The shop where I bought it refused to refund or exchange it. I attempted to transfer my Star Trek Fleet Command account to a PC to play on my computer. Unfortunately, during this process, I lost all my progress in the game, including past transactions. I have a record of purchases from the Play Store for the game. Despite my efforts to contact Scopely, the company behind Star Trek Fleet Command, I have not had any success reaching them. I am experiencing issues with receiving emails and have found their phone number to be unresponsive. According to their website, they can help with account recovery, but I can't seem to get in touch with them. While I don't mind starting over if necessary, I would greatly appreciate help in recovering my transactions. Ideally, I hope to regain access to my original account, as I have invested both time and money into it. I have provided my player identification number for the game account I'm trying to recover, as well as my new account name, WukongSFC. Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Concern about potentially fraudulent Google Play account. Hi there, I am concerned about a Google Play account linked to the user ID [redacted] I have noticed recurring payments of $59.11 on March 28, April 28, and May 28, and I believe there might be fraudulent activity. I am unsure of when or how this account was created as I do not have the password or associated phone number. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to locate the phone number ending in 90 that is linked to this account among my contacts. The email address belongs to a Ukrainian refugee I have assisted in relocating to the US, and she does not speak English. I have already informed American Express to prevent further charges. I am worried about being held responsible for these payments, which amount to over $[redacted] annually for a service I do not recall signing up for or using. It is possible that someone may have misused my card details to create this account.

I was almost the victim of a scam. I was asked to purchase Euro [redacted].00 worth of Google Play cards for a high cash prize to cover notary and delivery fees. Consequently, I bought two cards valued at Euro [redacted].00 each, totaling Euro [redacted].00 this afternoon (I have the receipts). After being asked to provide the codes, I terminated the scam. I've been trying to make in-app purchases for a rewards app on Google Play. Everything was working perfectly until I reached a point where my efforts were about to pay off. Now, I'm facing an error message saying "unable to process purchase." I've tried all available options but nothing is working. I purchased two gift cards each loaded with £[redacted] in cash. I am struggling to redeem them online as it keeps asking for more information. These cards are intended as gifts for my twin grandchildren who are turning 21 and live abroad. I have two Google accounts, one with the email [redacted] and the other with [redacted] I need to access my first Google account [redacted], which has been my email for over 30 years. I want to retrieve my Google play downloads from that period. I have 1 crypto wallet or 4. My phone number changes every 2 years due to my contract, but the downloads were received on my Xperia S from 2[redacted]. Can you assist me with this, please?

I bought a Google Play card, but when I try to redeem it in my game, it asks for more information. I also realized that the activation receipt doesn't have an approval code. This isn't the first time it's happened, and I've lost around $[redacted] because of the same issue with Google Play cards from various local stores. However, this is the first time I've noticed there's no approval code on the receipt.

I have not received my winnings from Little Bat Slots and [redacted] Jungle Bingo. Little Bat Slots: £10,[redacted] GBP cashout. [redacted] Jungle Slots: $17,[redacted] USD cashout. I have screenshots from both games showing my winnings and the amounts I cashed out. Since I downloaded these games from the Google Play Store, I expect the legally binding contract enforced by the developers. I am waiting for over £23,[redacted] GBP to be transferred to my PayPal account. Since Google allowed these developers to publish games on their platform, I hold them responsible. I will consider legal action if this matter is not resolved promptly.

I donated to both your contacts and the Right Dialer app. The contacts upgrade worked, but Right Dialer does not recognize the donation. I paid $1.99 for each via the Google Play Store using the same credit card. The app developer is directing me to contact them directly, but I would prefer not to be involved.
