I am having difficulty registering my VAT account details via your online form*I have spoken to one of your advisors this morning and he informed me that the answers I was providing were correct. I am currently on hold for ** minutes. He said that there may be an IT issue at HMRC side and passed me on to another staff member. The call was then ended without any response and subsequent calls went unanswered as the recorded message said all lines were busy and 'Goodbye'. *I have been sent a bill for £** because I have not my recent return, but HMRC system will not let me register and I cannot get talking to anyone. *Can someone please call me to assist me with this matter. *I have no issue about an email response, but I need someone from HMRC side to confirm my registration and to respond that the £** bill does not have to be paid as the delay was due to issues regarding registration on your system.*I am also content to be contacted by phone at ***********. (Now ** minutes on hold) and the call has now been ended from your side. Can I have some explanation of how this has happened please?
