I submitted my phone for repairs and received a case number and tracking number. The first issue arose when the repair center refused the package. Despite redelivery and confirmation of their receipt, they did not reach out to me for over a month. Attempting to get updates has proven fruitless as they claim there is no new information beyond having my phone and working on it. It has been 5 months without any progress on returning my phone. I am seeking either a $[redacted] refund for the phone and $[redacted] for the frustration or a new phone with an additional $[redacted] store credit due to the significant inconvenience this situation has caused.

Hello, I recently had my phone repaired, and upon getting it back, it was not accepting my old SIM card due to the network being locked. Despite reaching out to my service provider and HTC support numerous times over the past 40 days, the issue remains unresolved. I visited the vendor who sold me the device outright today and discovered that the IMEI number of my phone had been changed during the repair without any prior notification. I have unknowingly provided the wrong IMEI number in all my previous chats as I now see two different IMEI numbers on my phone. I need assistance in restarting the resolution process for my problem with the correct IMEI numbers. The original IMEI number of my phone was [redacted][redacted]. I bought an HTC EVO on April 2, [redacted], with a two-year warranty from Amazing Wireless on eBay. I also purchased a protective case for it. Unfortunately, on May 13, [redacted], the screen suddenly went black. The phone is on, but I can't see anything on the screen. Despite trying everything, I couldn't fix it. I contacted the seller, and they agreed to refund if I return it in the original box with all accessories, which I misplaced. They won't honor the warranty without the box. I need help to get my phone repaired, as I prefer using HTC over a Galaxy phone.

I am experiencing network issues with my device. Despite using a working SIM card, I am facing signal problems that have persisted for a week. While the signal indicator appears on the phone, I can only make and receive calls in rare instances. I have ensured that all settings are correct, and this problem has only recently occurred after two years of no issues. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I recently purchased a new HTC U 11+ three days ago, knowing that it was released in [redacted]. I'm having an issue with a software update. After downloading it successfully, when I try to install it, the phone shuts down. Then, a green battery icon with a loading line appears, stopping at 24% (even though the phone is fully charged). After that, a red triangle with an exclamation mark pops up on the screen. About a minute later, the phone restarts without installing anything. This keeps happening each time I try. Good afternoon, I downloaded the "Laboral Kutxa" application on my HTC U12+ device, but when I enter my username and password, the app gets stuck on the "connecting" message without progressing further. I contacted Laboral Kutxa-Caja Laboral, and they advised me to clear the cache, uninstall the app, and reinstall it. I followed their instructions, but the issue persists. I contacted them again, and they mentioned that since I can access my account from a computer without any problems, they don't believe it's an issue on their end. They suggested I reach out to HTC to check if there might be an issue with my device, such as permissions. I hope you can provide some insight. Thank you. Best regards

My HTC U11 is having numerous issues: 1. Despite available storage space, it keeps warning about running out of storage. 2. It struggles to accept photos in text messages, only showing "downloading." 3. The autocorrect and word suggestion feature doesn't work while texting. 4. Voice-to-text function stops after a few words and requires applying them before continuing. 5. Long texts fail to send, stuck on "sending" status. 6. Notification delivery is inconsistent, especially with message previews. 7. It prompts to configure the physical keyboard, which is confusing to me.

I agreed with the woman in charge on a payment plan to avoid going to court, where I would pay $50.00 per month from my two checks. However, I recently received letters notifying me of significant deductions from my paycheck, causing concern as it seemed to exceed our agreement. My lawyer verified our initial deal with the office in Norristown, which was subsequently closed. I plan to address this matter promptly as I cannot maintain my livelihood with such deductions. My health condition requires expensive medication, and I have various essential expenses to cover. It is crucial for me to uphold the arrangement made two months ago, and any unauthorized changes will have serious consequences. I will reach out to the Norristown office to address this issue as soon as possible.

I own an HTC U11 Life running on Android 10. The user manual indicates that I should be able to transfer apps to my memory card. However, when I follow the instructions, I cannot find the option to copy or move the apps to the memory card. The steps in the manual do not match what I see on my phone. Could there be a problem with my device? The specific steps given in the manual are as follows: 5. Tap on and then on Copy to or Move to. 6. Tap to open the side menu, choose the type of storage to copy or move to, and open the destination folder. 7. Tap on Copy or Move - but I am not able to proceed with this step.
