I have encountered significant issues with your courier service. I have repeatedly received messages stating that my products couldn't be delivered because I was not present when I was. Today, despite being home and expecting a delivery between 11 am and 1 pm, I was notified by Hermes that the delivery was unsuccessful due to my unavailability. I had to cancel an Amazon delivery today for the same reasons. The driver responsible is Sam. This situation is frustrating, especially during the busy festive season when I have little time to deal with such problems. I kindly request a prompt resolution. Regards, Sharon

I have not received my order yet. It was supposed to arrive on the 9th of December, but I haven't received it. I keep getting notifications that the delivery cannot be made, even though I was told it would arrive by 3:00 PM today. I really needed this parcel today. Please don't say you can't find the address because Hermes has delivered to my house before. I paid £6 for next day delivery, and now it's three days later. Please resolve this issue.

My package was supposed to arrive six weeks ago, but I am still waiting for it. It was sent to the customer and then returned to me on 9th November. Since then, there have been no delivery attempts. I am extremely frustrated with the poor service I am receiving from Hermes. Despite sending numerous messages, I have not received proper responses. Dealing with Hermes has been nothing but stressful and frustrating. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I discovered a package had been delivered as the delivery person was leaving. Despite already taking a photo, the package was damaged. The driver was dismissive, attributing the damage to us if we examined it. To avoid responsibility, we declined the damaged item, took photos, and the driver returned it. He mentioned returning it to the depot, but the tracking still indicated it was delivered. I submitted an inquiry about a missing parcel and was informed via email that it was left in a secure location at my doorstep, which is not accurate. The delivery person left it downstairs outside the bottom floor flat next to the open main entrance, with photographic evidence supporting this. I am located in a top-floor flat. The items inside are crucial for Christmas and hold a value of over £[redacted]. I am quite disappointed by this situation and would appreciate a callback to address this matter. Thank you.

I'm having issues with parcels not being delivered to me correctly. Ideal World sent a parcel on December 6th that I haven't received. eBay also had a parcel delivered by you, but it seems to have gone astray, and they won't refund me. On a positive note, Dunelm managed to send a parcel to the correct address, but other companies are still struggling. It's frustrating and costly having parcels sent to the wrong address repeatedly.

I had three parcels scheduled for delivery by Hermes, but they were not delivered and were returned to the sender due to a failed delivery attempt. Upon contacting the local Hermes driver via Facebook (I have the conversation on my phone), I was told she refused to deliver to our address. While I understand our location may pose challenges, Hermes accepting deliveries only for the driver to hold onto the package for a week before sending it back is unacceptable. Despite my efforts to avoid Hermes, I currently have another parcel in their possession that I fear will suffer the same fate. I am frustrated as other couriers can deliver here without issue. Ultimately, I request that Hermes cease deliveries to our address to prevent further occurrences. Additionally, I seek an apology from Hermes for the unprofessional behavior of their staff and wish to discuss this matter with a representative to address the situation and explore alternative delivery solutions.

I have been home all day expecting my Hermes delivery. No one has knocked on my door, but I received an email confirming delivery without any details of where it was left. I checked with my neighbors, but it was not with them. This parcel is a Christmas gift for my daughter, and I have been eagerly awaiting it. I would like to know the whereabouts of my package, understand why it was marked as delivered, and request a replacement in case it is lost before Christmas.

I recently purchased two items of make-up and a pair of women's ankle boots from Matalan. Hermes attempted to deliver the parcel on Wednesday 15/12/21, but I missed the delivery due to an appointment. Upon returning home, I found the parcel with the make-up inside, but the open plastic carrier bag indicated that the boots should also be there according to the order note. The van number is 79 (drop69) C-Round [redacted], and the tracking number is T-001P-A-[redacted]42-0. I am concerned if the boots are still in the delivery van as the bag was open. I sent four parcels to a locker that turned out to be broken. The courier, Hermes, couldn't access it. InPost, the locker owner, promised to inform me when it was fixed, and that my parcels would be returned. Unfortunately, only one person received their package. The other three are missing, marked as delivered with a photo, but the recipients never got them. These customers have been refunded, and now I'm left to deal with the missing parcels and the postage costs. It's a frustrating situation, and I need to file a claim for the three missing parcels and the postage fees.

I received a delivery on 15/12/21, but unfortunately, the delivery person placed the parcel in my recycling bin without my consent. Despite not receiving a notification card, I discovered through an email the next day that the parcel was left in the bin. Regrettably, the bin had already been emptied that morning with the parcel inside. I am requesting £50 in compensation for the item's value that was disposed of. To prevent similar incidents, please instruct your drivers not to place items in bins. Providing a delivery slip would have alerted me to the parcel's location. Kindly process the £50 compensation as soon as possible.

On 13/12, I took my Amazon parcel to the SPAR on Dale Road in Peverell, Plymouth. I received a Hermes receipt with a barcode number: P[redacted]. It has been 5 days since I dropped off the parcel at the SPAR, but I haven't heard anything from Amazon about my refund since they haven't received it from Hermes yet. I expected to receive an email notification from Amazon by now, confirming that my refund is on its way to my bank account. When I attempt to track the parcel using the barcode number (P[redacted]) from the receipt, I keep getting an error message stating "invalid barcode." I am concerned about the status of my package and my refund. Please investigate this matter promptly as there is no proof that I returned the parcel to Amazon via Hermes. Thank you, Judith G.

I am frustrated about my delayed delivery from Hermes. Initially, it was supposed to arrive on the 10th, but the tracking indicated a delay with a promise of delivery the next working day. However, it is now the 16th, and the package has not arrived. I have tried calling their customer service but keep running into issues with the automated system not recognizing my tracking number. Is there any way to speak to a live person at Hermes? This situation has gone on for too long, as the 10th was the original delivery date, which has now been delayed multiple times. I sent a parcel more than 10 days ago, and it has not been delivered yet. The latest tracking update on December 10th mentioned a delivery delay and that it would be delivered at the next opportunity with further notification. It has been 6 days since then, and I have not received any updates. eBay is requesting a refund for the buyer, and I am disappointed with Hermes as this is the second missing parcel in just over a month. I am 74 years old, in poor health, and extremely worried about this situation.

Although attempts were made to reschedule and provide a collection time, the parcel has not been collected yet. I am aware that collections and deliveries are experiencing challenges currently but I urgently need this parcel to be sent. I am experiencing issues returning parcels at the Hermes drop-off point on Mansfield Road in Sheffield. Whenever I try to drop off a parcel, I am informed that they are full and unable to accept more parcels. Even when I suggested coming in the morning, the response was that they get parcels dropped off on the way home from work, so they remain full. I recently tried another shop, where they accepted my parcel without any issues.

I have been trying to contact customer support since Friday as I am unable to access my account. I mistakenly entered the wrong letter in my email address, and Hermes has already associated the incorrect email with my account. Good morning, I wanted to inform you that after receiving your email this morning, I visited the provided address and found my parcel still left at the front door. I have successfully retrieved it. The parcel number is HO1NJA[redacted]. I'm puzzled as to why the delivery person passed by number [redacted] to deliver at number [redacted]. Hello, I used the Hermes drop-off service on 5/12/[redacted] at the One Stop in Wadhurst. The address is One Stop, 1 Central Parade, High Street, TN5 6AN, Wadhurst, Kent, England. I received a card/'proof of drop-off' with the number P[redacted], but when I try to track it, it says it's invalid. The retailer hasn't received the parcel, so I can't get my refund for this return item. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Thank you, S.N.

Hello, I am concerned about my recent order. It was scheduled for delivery on December 8th, but there seems to be a delay mentioned for 24 hours. Unfortunately, the tracking status has not been updated since. This order contains my grandson's Christmas present, and it will be quite disappointing if it doesn't arrive on Christmas Day.
