The issue in GetHuman-crproper's own words
The guests complained our accommodation by taking very closed up photo on bathroom window edge to say it is mould, bin, take photo of selves under the sink, took the clean bedsheets up to take photo of (not new ) mattress that have stained marks,took internal photo of the toaster to show breadcrumbs, she even complaining the frozen food in the fridge (that many guests thought is complimentary like bag of ice or frozen chips etc) we are not * stars hotel charging * start £*** night rate for a room but only £** per night for whole two bedroom apartment , we have been letting the Eskdaill apartment weekly put at Booking.com with no problems or complain.*All we want is cancelled the booking , she got her money back and for us left with no unfair bad reviews.
GetHuman-crproper did not yet indicate what HomeAway.com should do to make this right.
