Hi:*We are long-time HA*VRBO customers, and have a general question.**Whenever we call CS, we have * kinds of experiences: ***) We get a domestic, US call center, where the reps are fast, culturally attuned, and get efficiently to the heart of an issue.**) We get an offshore call center, where the reps speak broken English, are reading from a script, and who take forever to understand and deal with even the simplest of data points, and where it can take up to **-** minutes to get to the heart of an issue.**Increasingly, we find outselves in situation *).
