I accidentally selected the wrong plan and paid four times more than needed. I only use Wi-Fi and have been using Tata Sky for TV. Instead of paying for just Wi-Fi, I mistakenly chose a plan for TV and Wi-Fi for three months. I request to adjust the $[redacted].45 I overpaid for the Wi-Fi plan for 12 months since I am already paying for Tata Sky for my TV for the same duration. Thank you.

Return ID-[redacted]7. I was contacted by an executive at 7pm after being given earlier pick-up information at 9am. Unfortunately, he informed me he had a bike issue and couldn't come that day. I requested for a reschedule before 10pm on June 12 as I had plans, but he rescheduled it for June 13 without my consent. To my surprise, I later found out through your site's phone information that the pick-up failed because the package was not ready. This experience left me disappointed and feeling deceived. It's my first time encountering such an issue with online shopping, as I usually shop on Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart where executives are more proactive. The contact number provided always showed incorrect information, and putting me on hold repeatedly was frustrating. I urge for a prompt rescheduling of the pickup as a single working parent. This purchase has caused me unnecessary inconvenience.

I have been using JioFi for making calls for the past two months. Recently, there has been an issue with call dropouts. Despite trying to troubleshoot by downloading the Jio calling app, reinstalling, and updating it, the problem persists. Visits to the Jio Care Center have not been successful in resolving the issue. The specific problem is that when I make a call using Jio, the call disconnects after precisely 3 seconds. Currently, I am unable to contact Jio's helpline from my Jio number, and contacting them from another number is a tedious process. The call often gets disconnected while speaking to a representative, leaving me frustrated. The problem remains unresolved, and the cycle of explaining the issue to multiple representatives continues. It has been a frustrating experience, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this ongoing problem.

I have been experiencing issues with my Jio Fiber internet since Sunday, September 25th, [redacted]. Despite contacting the Jio helpline multiple times, I have been unable to reach a live agent either over the phone or through chat. A technician visited on September 24th, [redacted] but was unable to resolve the problem. I was assured it would be resolved by yesterday evening, but no one has reached out. I received an email and text stating it would be fixed by 5:30 pm today, but still no resolution. This is affecting my work-from-home situation, and I am frustrated with the lack of response from Jio. My Jio Fiber ID is +91-[redacted], and the service request ID is SR00001E6FWD under the name Priyanshu Sharma.

In Kalyanpur, Betni Dalmau Block, Deen Shah Gaura, Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, Jio's network does not work. This issue has been troubling people for years. Despite recharging, there is no benefit, and customer service conversations are not helpful. Customer care mentions the network load due to many users. If everyone has a phone, all should be able to use it. If not, we're ready to port all our SIM cards. Previously, Vodafone or Airtel SIMs did not work here, but now one number works poorly. Jio is advised for everyone to switch to. Thank you. 🙏

Sir, I reside in the village of Pundarpada Dhaani, Soran, Tehsil Mandawar, District Dausa, Rajasthan. My name is Khemraj Meena, son of Ramvatar Meena. In this area, there are approximately [redacted] Jio network users, but the network coverage is very poor. The network is so weak that one has to go outside the house or to the back of the house to make a mobile call. The internet speed is extremely slow, with speeds not exceeding 15-20KB. There is no provision for any other company's network in my village. Initially, the Jio network was somewhat better, so everyone ported their mobile connections to Jio. Therefore, I request you to improve the technical aspects of the Jio network in our area. Your utmost cooperation would be highly appreciated. I hope you will resolve our issue promptly. On December 4th, I had a booking for a new connection with your company. The agent assured me of an installation today. However, there were no phone calls, and the engineer did not show up for the appointment. I am disappointed with the service. My ORN number is NO0000NSFAX9. I kindly request that the installation be done tomorrow; otherwise, I will have to cancel my connection. I have three more connections for my family, and I will cancel those as well. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, as I have been a longtime customer of Jio.

My network connection suddenly dropped and is reconnecting frequently. I have been experiencing these connection issues often, and I am unsure of the root cause. I am unable to locate a customer care number to address my problem; the available numbers only provide information on recharge plans and Jio Fiber connections. Hello, On Friday, December 9th, at 5:00 p.m., my husband was in the middle of an online exam using Jio data with the phone number [redacted] when the network suddenly went down around 5:10 p.m. Consequently, he was unable to attempt the exam, and the window closed. We have approached the college and they require an email from your end confirming that the network connection issue led to his inability to complete the exam. I recently recharged a 28-day plan, and with only 2 days remaining, I keep receiving unnecessary reminders in multiple languages whenever I make a call. This is quite frustrating and time-consuming. I kindly ask for the deactivation of these plan reminder messages on my mobile number [redacted] ([redacted]). If this issue persists, I will have to file a complaint for unfair business practices, as there was no prior mention of these reminders upon purchasing the sim card. Thank you.

Hello, this issue has happened several times to me. I turned on my data this morning, and within a short time, 50% of my data was consumed just by watching one song on YouTube, depleting my whole data limit. This seems to be a recurring problem. It appears that the company is not valuing its customers, as this situation is not unique to me. It feels like a scam where the data disappears quickly, prompting users to buy new recharges frequently. Please address this issue promptly and consider restoring lost data. Thank you.

I found out that the number is now with someone named Sashi Sardaar, who is using it. This number is crucial for me as I have provided it everywhere. My father switched his service provider from BSNL to Jio. An executive visited our home on December 22, [redacted], after we submitted an online request. The executive inserted the new Jio SIM card into his phone. However, since December 24, the SIM card displays "not registered on network." We are in Palakkad, Kerala, and my father's name is Mr. K P Rajkumar with the phone number [redacted]. We have been unable to reach the executive at [redacted]. Please request the executive to call or visit our home to resolve this issue.

Hello Jio, I hope you are well. I am reaching out from TIARA CONSULTING SERVICE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED regarding our Corporate prepaid numbers. At the beginning of October [redacted], our Jio wallet had a balance of Rs.3. To replenish it, we topped up the wallet with Rs.15,[redacted] on 19th October [redacted] through the Jio mobility enterprise portal. After some usage and previous recharges, the remaining balance should be Rs.5,[redacted]. However, our current balance shows Rs.0.00. We require to recharge our Tiara employee's Jio numbers soon. Could you please investigate and resolve this matter promptly? Kindly ensure that my wallet balance of Rs.5,[redacted] is added back swiftly. I recently ported my Vodafone number, [redacted], to Jio network in Coimbatore at AWHO, Army Welfare Housing Organisation, Chinnavedampatti, Tamil Nadu. A Jio representative visited my residence, collected the fees, and assured me that the network would work on my Samsung basic model M01. However, after recharging on January 13, I couldn't make any calls. I visited the Jio care center in Salem, opposite Girias, and was informed that Jio network doesn't support Samsung M01. I am requesting a refund for porting charges and the initial recharge to be credited back to my Vodafone number, [redacted]. Six months ago, I bought a SIM card using my Aadhar card. I only used the number for two days before removing the SIM from my phone. Since then, I haven't used it. I still have the SIM card but can't remember if I deactivated it from my Aadhar card or if it's still linked to me. When I called the number using another phone, someone answered. I need to find out if the SIM linked to my Aadhar card is being used by someone else now or if it's still active in my name.

I have been a Jio user since the beginning, and I am from Dimapur Nagaland. The issue we are facing now is with our calls - two to three weeks ago, we noticed that when we make calls, we can hear our own voice, and sometimes the call quality deteriorates suddenly. It's like we are getting interference that sounds like a factory engine. Also, the internet speed seems to have dropped from 4G to 2G. In today's world, not having proper internet connection feels extremely frustrating. I hope you can address these concerns, thank you.

I recently applied for a new JioFiber internet connection, but five days ago someone disconnected our Wi-Fi without our knowledge. When I inquired, they mentioned that some staff mistakenly connected it to a different connection. After raising a complaint, it took three days to get the connection back, but the Wi-Fi stopped working again yesterday. I submitted a complaint, but there has been no response or resolution so far. We paid for six months of service in advance but haven't been able to use it due to these ongoing issues. This negligence is tarnishing Jio's reputation, and I urge them to take immediate action and address this matter seriously.
