I wanted to get the limited edition Onyx device that is being issue offered today only. The Juul website says that I have reached my device limit, which is two! Why is there a limit?*I lose these things constantly!*Just because I bought two already this month means that I can't take advantage of special promotions?*I've spent a lot of money, so far on Juul products! Doesn't seem fair!

GetHuman-jillkkel did not yet indicate what Juul should do to make this right.

I called the **** * that GetHuman provided. After ** min on hold, a rep for Juul answered and told me that I could not get the promo Denver device because I had already ordered * devices that month. I didn't realize that there was a limit on devices. She rudely informed me that it was on their website. I told her that if i had known there was going to be a promo offered that month, I would have waited to order the other two until the following month. I buy these devices (unfortunately) quite often because they are tiny and lightweight and I lose them A LOT. *It is my opinion that promo deals should not be included in the limit*amount that is placed on auto- ship customers! And, if they insist on having this limit, then send out emails regarding upcoming promos more than three weeks before the date of the promotion. If I had gotten an email about the upcoming promi event one week earlier than I did, I would have waited to order more, or gotten a device at a store.*These devices are very small and lightweight, which means they are easily misplaced or dropped and lost. At $** (ish) a pop, I get upset when I lose one! This promo for the Onyx was the first one that has been offered since I became an auto-ship customer. So, I was excited to be able to get a device for free, especially considering how much I've spent on devices already! *The Juul rep that I talked to just simply kept repeating "there is a limit on what you can order each month" "that's our policy".
