To whom it manconcern,*My name is AJ and I’ve been frequently using your product. It’s been about a year. I use menthol. However, I bought two packs recently at the Smokers Express in Levittown, PA. Most pods were totally busted and leaked everywhere. I then tried to wipd the most decent one off I inhaled the liquid and became sick for a long period. And it appears the juul itself is now not operating correctly. Sure I’m angry and want a refund but I was very annoyed that my kid tried getting into. How does this happen. I mean a $** purchase for nothing. I was looking for the things to be replaced. I plan on climbing the ladder to speak whoever I need to. Safety, money wasted and what seemed like careless assembly. I have serial number and package numbers available.
