I have been a loyal customer of juul for going on two years and I have to say I am not happy with the direction this company is going. I wanted to praise this company for successfully faciliating my transition away from cigarettes but now this company may also be the reason that I go back to smoking. I understand why you had to crack down on mango pods, but the affect was greater than you all may know. It was the only one I liked and the only one that relaxed me. When the price went up I was still a loyal customer but then locations stopped buying from you because of the price increase making it extremely difficult if not completely impossible to find mango pods. I am truly disappointed and to make matters worse the last pack of mango pods I bought for $**.*** (ridiculous) two of the pods were broken and leaking!! I am a college student and don't have money, esppeically not $**, to be spending on overpriced pods which were meant to deter minors. I don't know how I expect you to fix this problem but I just felt I needed to voice my concerns. I know I'm only one person on the grand scale of your business but I hope the opinion of a loyal and dedicated customer matters to you, even a little. I hope this is read by who ever needs to see it. Thank you for your time.
