I tried to contact customer service but I can't access the serial number on my device as it is covered with a skin I've had on since I got it. It helped me quit smoking cigarettes * months ago so I don't want to remove it.. means a lot to me!**But I was wondering if there was any other way I could go about being helped? I've spend A LOT of money on juul pods and about a month ago I left my job so it's been hard to purchase them but I manage, I suppose. **I've experience pod leakage quite a bit but didn't bother with customer service because I would just replace them but now that money is tight and I'm in between jobs, juul pods are where I spend my money. The last couple packs I've purchased have all consistently leaked.. at least * per pack. **I have a couple receipts from my most recent purchases and the info but I can't access my serial number so how would I go about being helped?
