I recently bought a mango pods from a *** near my house and they charged me $**, I was under the impression they were $**.**, but I didn’t realize until after the clerk gave me my receipt and he said he couldn’t refund me since you can’t return juul pods. On top of that, they didn’t taste right, they must have been an old pack and I’m really disappointed that I spent that much for an old pack. I was told to contact juul since they would know how to handle the situation. I would like to at least get reimbursed for the extra money I spent considering that pack was not even worth it. Not that any pack is worth more than juul charges but especially since this pack wasn’t even fresh. I’m just very disappointed overall with the customer service at *** and the whole situation.
