Hi,**My name is Francisco Bernardo and I have a problem with the pod I bought from your outlet in Glorietta *.One of the pods is not working as it should, it was just juicy, the other one though from the same box set of two was alright. **I would like a replacement please. and please don't give options to troubleshoot the pod , I already went to the place bought it from , this is my first bad experience with your pods, But unfortunately I do not have a receipt to request for a replacement. again I am not asking for a refund but I need the pod replaced. Please advise and I would definitely appreciate it for a favorable resolution. **Thank you **Francis
