Hi there, I thought I had cancelled my membership about * weeks ago as I no longer operate the company. I input DELETE as required and unless I missed something else to do I just got billed again. You will notice I haven't used it since May. I have shut my company down, is it possible to get a refund as I followed the instructions to the best of my knowledge? I will no longer be needing this and I truly thought I'd closed it down but maybe I had missed something. I had a list of everything I used to close so I know I did it and I'm not sure why it didn't go through. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.*Kind regards,*Liz McGregor
