After selecting several products today at the Buffalo, MN Menard's, the clerk at the register asked if had a mask. I am not able to wear a mask due to health reasons and I respectfully told her so. She promptly called the manager who came over quickly and firmly informed me that Menard's won't sell to any customer in the store unless they are wearing a mask. She said I could buy a mask in the store for ** cents, I believe, or order products online. The clerk and manager said they would take care of my products which I had to leave in my shopping cart plus the order form I had in hand for ** bags of mulch to be picked up in the yard. Over many years I have spent thousands of dollars at Menard's for home improvement and construction projects. Please understand these so-called corporate "mask mandates" are mostly about conformity to government narratives and control, not in any way proven to protect the health of the people. From now on I will no longer be doing business at Menard's and will recommend that others do the same.
