I ordered a chain link fence and did not get all the parts was told that they could get me something that I could modify myself to replace missing parts.

The issue in GetHuman-jmcgeorg's own words
I ordered a chain link fence online using your design software, to be picked up at your Davison store. I received a message that the cartage bolts were on back order, not an issue. I received an email that my order was ready so I went to pick it up. After waiting about a half hour, an employee started bringing me the parts on my parts list. I was told that there were various items that I would have to pick, not an issue. After everything was loaded in my trailer I noticed that there was no fence posts. I went back in and was redirected to to a manager, after being told that they may not be included in the kit. I asked why they would not be included as even the concrete to set the posts was included. Once talking to the manager, he stated that there was a shortage of the posts and that they were not included because of that. I asked how the cartage bolts were flagged as being on back order but the posts were not. they were just not included in my order. He did not have an explanation. He check some other stores and said that he found the fence posts at the Bloomfield, but not the end posts. He said that they did have * foot end post that he could order and I could cut them down or set them deeper in the ground. *After speaking with my wife and being at your store from *:** to almost *:** and after being told my order was ready for pickup, my wife looked at all of your stores to find both sets of posts, in the proper length that we needed, at your Taylor store. If we would have been advised that our order could not be completed at the Davidson store we would have looked to see where everything was available or canceled our order. **In summary*I rented a trailer from U-Hual for ** dollars, and spent almost * hours at your store to only find out that I was not going to be able to build a fence with the parts that I was going to be picking up. My wife had to find the parts that we needed at another one of your stores, that I will now have to drive ** * miles to get the parts. I will be going to the Taylor store after work today to pick up the posts. I will be calling just to verify that the parts are indeed at the store and ready to pick up. I feel that this is unexcitable and a waist of my time, money and usage of my vehicle. We are long time Mansard's costumers and have done several projects with your materials without incident. I would like Manard's to propose a way to make this right. Thank you for your time.
